Great Room Inspo
As I am remodeling a home and getting to the really fun part (DECOR!!!) I keep going back to few furniture pieces that I am really pining over. This rug is one I am really drawn to but for some reason am having a bit of a hard time pulling the trigger on. Really, it's just something I am not sure my husband would love. I think it's beautiful and as a mom of three under the age of 5, I love the design to help hide any accidental sip cup spills!
(I know it sounds odd, but when you're a mom, you think of ALL of these things! I'm a huge fan of WHITE plush rugs... but I can't use them anywhere except my master bedroom, because even though we don't take drinks and food outside the kitchen... they inevitably end up there!)
The other piece I keep grabbing is this wicker table. It reminds me of my desk chair as a child with the teak coloring and intricate weave detail, but rather than looking dated I think it looks very NOW and blends to beautifully with brass and gold accents!
What are your thoughts on this inspiration board??
